We are located in Hillsborough County several miles east of Tampa
bay.
South of Bloomingdale Blvd. on Bell
Shoals Ave. in Valrico. Oakdale Reserve is a
residential homeowners association comprised of 276 homeowners. Its residents have the authority to monitor and control development
through enforcement of deed restrictions -
an important element for a community located within a city that has never
embraced zoning ordinances.
