AUTHORIZED EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS

The following list of exterior paint colors are the only authorized colors as approved by the Architectural Committee. Notice that they are all Sherwin Williams colors. Our homes were originally painted with Sherwin Williams paint because it is a quality paint. It is not mandatory to use Sherwin Williams paint; however, you must use Sherwin Williams color chips and if they can be used exactly by another paint company, you may use the other paint. We do recommend using Sherwin Williams paint to avoid color variances. The Sherwin Williams paint store will have copies of the color chips approved for Oakdale Reserve.

TIPS: Make sure you pressure wash to remove dirt, chalking or peeling. Fill cracks with spackling paste. One suggestion is to ask your paint company to tint the primer with the same color you are painting. Don't paint a dark house with a light color without a white prime
